Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.
Refunds will ONLY be considered if the item is damaged upon arrival.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide clear photo or video proof of the damage
- Include your order number in your message
Once verified, we will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Claims submitted without proof or outside the stated time frame will not be accepted.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. We will resolve the issue accordingly.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Damage caused after delivery
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality
